Delivery Information
When
A delivery date will be confirmed with you on your order confirmation email. If you have requested a specific date, we will always try to accommodate this. If no date is requested, and we have the goods in stock, we will apply our standard minimum 4 working-day service level agreement to UK mainland addresses. Please be advised that while delivery dates are offered in the best of faith, due to a massive surge in demand stemming from the recent health crisis we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that deliveries will arrive on the date requested. Any deliveries not made on a specified date will generally be made on the following day. If you experience any issue with your delivery please do not hesitate to get in touch and one of our team will be here to help you.
By Whom
Tile Boutique deliveries are primarily carried out by a third party distribution provider. They collect the picked and packed order from us and deliver it to the delivery address stated on the order, on the specified date. It is important to provide a contact telephone number for the contact at the delivery address when placing your order online, in case the courier encounters difficulties finding the address etc.
Optional Alternative
We can provide the option to book a 7.5 ton lorry for deliveries with access issues. If this is a requirement please add it to the order notes in the checkout section.
Delivery Costs
If you are just buying ancillary products i.e. grouting etc. we have a separate set of delivery rates below. Please note this only applies when buying these accessories separately. If bought in conjunction with our tile products the standard £48 or free delivery over £500 rates apply at no extra cost.

Free Samples
A free Cut Down Swatch Sample is available for every tile product. There is no charge for delivery however please be aware a maximum of 5 samples are available per order.
